The name comes directly from Steve Harrington’s iconic line:
“Four puffs of the Farrah Fawcett spray.”
What starts as a funny conversation about hairspray ends up marking the beginning of one of the most beloved friendships in the series — and Steve’s transformation from arrogant high school king to the protective “babysitter” everyone fell in love with.
